It's a PAW-TY!

We had so much fun celebrating the boy's birthdays with some of their friends this week.  This is the first time I've thrown any sort of decent party for them and they were at the perfect ages for it.  It was such a delight to see how much they looked forward to the party and how much fun they had at it.  They chose a "doggy" theme and eagerly helped me with several of the preparations.  We had "doggy" food, played "doggy" games and made "doggy" crafts.   It was such a fun day!

The following day they got to go with Matt and some other friends to an Oakland A's game.  Unfortunately the A's lost, but the highlight of the day was going out for pizza with Steve Vogt (a former CVC student now playing for the A's).  Steve gave them both signed baseballs to take home.   Needless to say, they are both exhausted today.  They've had a pretty special week!
